Dear Orchestra Members and Families:Kathy and I are humbled and overwhelmed at the thoughtfulness and generosity of your beautiful – and bountiful! – Christmas gift. We look forward to sharing the wonderful food items with visiting friends and family over the holiday break, and will enjoy and put to good use the other lovely gifts. We want our orchestral family to know that our greatest reward, however, is the joy of making music with the beautiful, intelligent, and talented children of caring and loving parents. To play a part in the opening of young minds and hearts; to toil, laugh, and discover with them in rehearsal, and to soar with them on the stage: this is our most cherished gift.

You and Mrs. Robinson are soooo welcome for the gift. The two of you have taught me so much in the art of being a true musician. I couldn't have asked for better conductors and teachers. The thanks is all to you.
